Welcome to Anan Media. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and services. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Restrictions

3. User Accounts

Some of our apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
  • Refund requests should be directed to the app store
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

5. User Content

Some of our apps allow you to create, upload, or share content. By doing so, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app
  • Confirm that you have the right to share such content
  • Agree not to share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Anan Media and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The apps will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The apps are free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the apps will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anan Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anan Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our apps or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the apps will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
